1. Definitions

• "Billingbee" means Billingbee.co website.
• "Customer" means any individual or entity that uses the Billingbee Services.
• "Services" means the billing and payment processing services offered by Billingbee.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the Services.

3. Services

Billingbee provides the Services to help Customers manage their billing and payment processing. The Services include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and managing invoices
• Accepting payments
• Generating reports

4. Fees

Billingbee charges fees for the Services. The fees are based on the number of invoices created and the number of payments processed. The current fees are listed on the Billingbee website.

5. Payment

Customers must pay the fees for the Services in advance. Billingbee accepts payment by credit card.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

7. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Billingbee harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Customer's use of the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Billingbee makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Services. Billingbee does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Billingbee be liable to Customer for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if Billingbee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Headings

The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These Terms of Service may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

16. Binding Effect

These Terms of Service will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

17. Language

These Terms of Service are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English language version of these Terms of Service and any translation thereof, the English language version will prevail.
